MEET TREY KELLY
Trey Kelly is an “America First” Georgia conservative with deep roots in the 14th Congressional District and a lifelong commitment to the American Dream. Born and raised in West Cobb County, Trey grew up in a family of manufacturers—his father and grandfather built businesses with their own hands, only to see them crushed by federal overreach. That experience shaped Trey’s belief that government should work for hardworking families, not against them, and it’s why he’s running to fight for opportunity, freedom, and an economy that rewards work again.
As former Chairman of the Fulton County Republican Party, Kelly is no stranger to taking on the left and winning. He helped defeat Jon Ossoff in 2015, Hillary Clinton in 2016 and Stacey Abrams in both 2018 and 2022. During the pivotal 2020 election cycle, he led aggressive grassroots and legal efforts to ensure election integrity, challenged thousands of questionable voter registrations, and took Fulton County election officials to court in advance of the election. His work drew national attention, with evidence later requested in a U.S. Supreme Court filing, and his leadership helped drive accountability at the local election board level. President Donald Trump publicly praised members of Trey’s team for standing strong, underscoring Trey’s role in advancing the MAGA movement in Georgia when it mattered most.
An Economics major at the University of Georgia, Trey has spent more than 25 years in the insurance and financial services industry, helping families and small businesses protect what they’ve built and create long-term wealth. He understands firsthand how smart economic policy, lower taxes, and less regulations allow families to get ahead—and how bad policy destroys livelihoods.
"I’ve already been in the trenches—fighting the left head-on, securing our elections, and delivering real wins for the America First movement when it mattered most. No other candidate in this race is as battle-tested or better prepared to stand with President Trump, fight Washington elites, and put Georgia’s 14th District families first."
On a personal level, Trey is a husband, dog lover, and active community member. He is married to Carmen Maxey Kelly from Chattooga County.
Trey Kelly is running for Congress to fight tooth and nail for President Trump’s America First agenda—securing our elections, rebuilding our economy, cutting costs for families, standing up to Washington elites, and making sure every family in Georgia’s 14th District has a real shot at the American Dream.
